How to use the challenge generator
Pick a level and an area of life, then press the button. You get one small challenge to do today. If it does not fit your day, ask for another one.
The levels are easy, medium and bold. Start with easy if you have not stepped out of your comfort zone in a while. Move up when the easy ones stop making you hesitate.
Why small challenges
Getting out of your comfort zone does not need a big leap. A small action that feels a little uncomfortable is enough to practice the muscle, and it is much easier to repeat tomorrow.
Doing it right after you read it helps: the longer you wait, the more time your mind has to talk you out of it.
Questions about the generator
Is the comfort zone challenge generator free?
Yes. It is free, runs in your browser, needs no account and does not ask for your email.
What are the six areas of life?
Social, adventure, creative, mindful, bold and spontaneous. They are the same six lifestyle modes used in the Boldly app.
Are these the same challenges as in the Boldly app?
No. These are examples written for this page in the same spirit. The Boldly app has hundreds of its own challenges and gives you a new one every day.
