How the 30-day plan is built
The plan has three blocks of ten days. Days 1 to 10 are easy, days 11 to 20 ask a bit more and days 21 to 30 are bold. You can pick a focus area, which gets four of the ten challenges in each block, or let the tool mix every area.
Every time you press the button you get a different plan. Nothing is saved or sent: it is built in your browser and the PDF is made on your device.
How to use the printed plan
Stick it where you will see it every day. Do the challenge of the day, tick the box and write one line about how it felt. If you miss a day, do not restart: carry on with the next one.
If a challenge does not fit your situation or feels unsafe, swap it for something similar. The goal is a small, safe stretch, not a test of endurance.
Questions about the 30-day plan
Is the 30-day challenge PDF free?
Yes. The plan and the PDF are free, made in your browser, with no account and no email.
Can I print it?
Yes. Use the Print button, or download the PDF and print it from there. The PDF is A4 and has a box to tick for each day.
What if I miss a day?
Skip it or do it the next day and keep going. A 30-day challenge is about getting started and repeating, not about a perfect streak.
